  • Team: €149 per user per month billed annually (€179 on monthly billing). Self-serve setup, AI usage under fair use, certified real-estate skill library, up to 5 agents, approvals and audit trail, shared cloud.
  • Business: from €2,500 per month. Unlimited users and up to 15 agents, managed onboarding, CRM and workspace connectors, API and MCP access for ChatGPT and Claude, Control Room analytics, priority support.
  • Sovereign: from €10,000 per month. Dedicated or self-hosted deployment, private model endpoints, single sign-on, customer-managed keys, data processing agreement and SLA.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as AI usage?

AI usage is the model work used to run a skill or an agent: preparing a draft, extracting requirements, researching or translating content. Team includes this usage under fair use. Fair-use allowances and exceptional workloads are confirmed in your plan terms; managed and Sovereign requirements are scoped with you.

Can we self-host?

Yes. Sovereign supports a dedicated environment or deployment on your company’s own servers. Our team scopes infrastructure, security, model access and ongoing responsibilities with you before deployment.

Which models can we use?

OpenAI, Gemini, EU-hosted models or your own private model endpoint. Model availability depends on your deployment and the capabilities each skill requires. You do not have to build your company’s processes around one provider.

Is our company data used to train AI models?

No. Your company data is not used to train AI models. Model providers and processing arrangements are documented in the applicable data processing agreement and subprocessor list.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your company data is exportable. After termination, it is returned or deleted under the timelines and obligations in your data processing agreement. Your processes and data should not become a reason you cannot change suppliers.

Are implementation and managed operations included?

Business includes managed onboarding. Broader implementation, custom process work and managed AI operations are offered separately with PremiumClients.ai and scoped before you commit.
